Trial flying lessons can be an unforgettable way to experience taking the controls of an aircraft yourself or for the lucky recipient of a trial voucher. All flights can be logged in your Pilots logbook from just £99.
You will be sitting in the front of the aircraft with access to the dual flight controls under the guidance of your fully certified and highly skilled flight instructor who will explain the process of becoming a Private Pilot and answer any questions you have along the way!

As you depart North Weald we will take up a southerly heading for the River Thames. Our historic lesson will by overflying Tilbury Fort before flying into Kent and following the coast where we will drop to low level to see the imposing towers of the 12th century Reculver Church and Roman site, then fly inland to the famous Roman Fort ruins at Richborough.
After circling this imposing historic site we will head down to the south coast and descend to a lower level again so that you can take in the historic Cinque Port Castles of Deal and Walmer.
Routing around the coast we will pass the iconic ‘White Cliffs’ just before reaching Dover Castle and the busy ferry port. We then fly back inland to world famous Canterbury Cathedral before taking in our last historic site of Leeds Castle which is renowned as ‘the loveliest castle in the world’ before routing back to North Weald.
To gain the most from your flying lesson you will receive a pictorial card with a brief history of the places to be visited on the day. Have your camera at the ready to take some stunning pictures from your birds eye view. Your pilot will give you ample notice as you approach each point of interest.

Key Info
Friends & Family: You are more than welcome to bring your friends and family along to spectate from the ground. We have seating inside and outside and offer fantastic views of the apron and runways. Drinks and snacks are available.
Safety: Your safety is paramount to us! All of our aircraft are maintained to the strictest safety standards, and you’ll be given a safety briefing by your fully CAA certified flight instructor before your flight commences.
Weather / ATC: If the weather or Air Traffic Control means we are unable to fly on the day of your event, we’ll let you know and re-arrange at no charge.
