Please take time to read these terms and conditions (our ‘Terms’) before purchasing your Flight Experience on www.northwealdflyinggroup.co.uk or www.northwealdflighttraining.co.uk (our ‘Website’) as these are the Terms on which you (‘You’, ‘Your’) will be purchasing Vouchers with North Weald Flight Training Limited (‘Us’ ‘Our’ and ‘We’,) for activities supplied by us.

VOUCHER BOOKING
By purchasing a Voucher from North Weald Flight Training You enter into an agreement with Us. Once You have booked You r activity, You are  bound by out terms and conditions.

AVAILABILITY
No guarantee can be made as to availability of the activity on any particular day. We advise that the Voucher holder books as soon as possible before the preferred date.

​

SECURITY OF PAYMENT
Our Vouchers are not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. In the unlikely event of North Weald Flight Training Limited becoming insolvent, your voucher may become void. However, if You made Your purchase using a Visa Credit or Debit card or a MasterCard Credit card, you may be able to make a claim under the protection offered  by Visa or MasterCard; please read the terms and conditions of Your Visa Credit or Debit card or a MasterCard Credit card.

RESTRICTIONS
Our Flight Experiences do have limits on height and weight. Please refer to the particular flight activity to ensure that the activity is suitable for the recipient. If You or the participant have any questions please check with us before booking. If the user has any doubts about medical fitness, they should consult their doctor and also speak with us if in doubt.

VOUCHER LIFE
Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase (unless  otherwise stated) and shall become invalid on the expiry date. The expiry date is set out on the Voucher. Vouchers may be extended for a further 12  months on payment of an admin fee of £25 (plus any increase that may have taken place for that activity since the original date of purchase).  Please note that Vouchers cannot be extended once they have expired  and extensions can only take place once.

TRANSFER OF VOUCHER
Vouchers are transferable to another person and the participant does not need to be the named person on the voucher. North Weald Flight Training  does not need to be notified of this change.

​

CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
There is the possibility of short notice cancellation by us due to reasons such as the weather, operational Reasons or other unforeseen  circumstances beyond our control. If the lesson is cancelled, We will re-
book you for an alternative date and time. North Weald Flight Training Limited will not be liable for any costs such as travel or accommodation incurred by the participant in such circumstances. Once booked, if You cancel without giving the required notice or fail to arrive by the stated time, Your activity will be forfeited and no refund or rebooking will be provided. You may change your booking by providing a minimum of 72 hours notices.

No shows or cancellations less than 72 hour s will become fortified. Re-Booking due to Sickness within the 72 hour period will only allowed on  receipt of valid Medical Certificate.

REFUNDS
If you change your mind we are happy to provide a full refund within 14  days of purchase. R efunds can only be made to the purchaser and not a  voucher holder if they are not the same person or any third party. Physical  Gifts can only be returned if all contents in the original  packaging are returned. P & P Fees will not be refunded. Once a date has been booked to take your flight, no refunds will be considered.

SAFETY AND INSURANCE
By taking part in an experience You accept the existence of an element of personal risk. Personal insurance policies vary in their coverage and may exclude Flying Lessons . It is advisable to check with the Supplier and Your  insurance company in advance. Activity Your Flying lesson will rely on participants following instructions to comply with health and safety, please follow these carefully. We reserve the right to withdraw or end an  experience if participants are deemed to be a danger to themselves or  others. North Weald Flight Training Limited will maintain valid Insurance  for which certificates are available for inspection at the operating premises.

SPECTATORS
You may bring spectators to watch You participate in Your flying lesson. Whilst. All spectators are expected to adhere to the terms and conditions  of North Weald Flight Training , including for example-alcohol consumption and behavior. For more information, please contact us.

POSTAGE AND E-VOUCHERS
Printed Vouchers are sent by First Class Royal Mail (or Special Delivery where selected) We cannot be held liable for any cost or inconvenience caused due to delayed or lost mail. E-Vouchers are sent in PDF format by email immediately after purchase and are not subject to postage and packing fees. We advise that You print and take a copy of the e-Voucher with You on the day of Your activity. E-Vouchers can be added to a physical order for no extra charge. If, after ordering an e- Voucher You decide You would like a physical Voucher or gift packaging, please contact us on enquiries@nwft.co.uk and we’ll advise You of options and any admin fees.

PERSONAL DATA
The Data Protection Act 1998 requires Us to inform You that We hold information You provide on Our database. You acknowledge that You will be providing Us with Your personal information when making bookings.

We use the information primarily for the provision of providing You with activities from Us to You and for related purposes, including updating and keeping Our records up to date. Our use of that information is subject to Your instructions and the Data Protection Act 1998.

COMPLAINTS
The easiest way of resolving a complaint is to address them on the day with
us. If Your complaint cannot be resolved on the day, please send details to us at enquiries@nwft.co.uk including your Voucher number, date of the activity and who You spoke to on the day for which a director of the company will review and respond to your concerns.

THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
These Terms constitute the contractual Terms between You and North Weald Flight Training Limited, and does not create any right enforceable by any person under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999, but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from under that Act.

APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any claim, dispute or difference concerning any matter arising from these Terms
